Class descriptions

Group fitness classes are a fun and interactive way to get fit and healthy – a great workout for all ages and fitness levels, and to help you stay motivated.

We have more than 50 classes at the Horsham Aquatic Centre including aqua aerobics and Les Mills classes. We have both low and high impact activities to suit any age or fitness level.

Classes

BodyAttack™:
A pre-choreographed high intensity workout which is both very simple and extremely effective. High in inspiration and athleticism to improve your co-ordination and stamina whilst helping you to achieve your fitness goals. BodyAttack™ Express is a 30 minute format.

BodyBalance™:
A pre-choreographed mind body class set to inspiring music. Featuring movement and techniques that draw from Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates, you will leave this class feeling aligned, strong and energised.

BodyPump™:
A pre-choreographed weights to music class using plates and barbells. One of the most popular classes in the world! If you don’t have time to do your own weights program, step right up to this class and enjoy exhilarating total body workout! BodyPump™ Express is a 30 minute format.

BodyStep™:
A pre-choreographed step class featuring simple and easy to follow movement sequences on and around an adjustable step platform. Challenging and enjoyable for the beginner to experienced exerciser.

RPM™: 
An awesome pre-choreographed indoor cycling class which will take you on an exhilarating fitness journey! A workout suitable for all levels of fitness with the intensity controlled by you.

BOXING:

A high energy class including a variety of boxing exercises and sequences and technique.

CXT:
Circuit style training with cardio elements. The class incorporates the use of step, resistance and core training. A team or individual workout suitable for all fitness levels.

Smash 'n Sesh:

High-intensity interval training, working as hard as YOU can to smash your fitness in cardio, strength and core to its peak. Offers low & high levels for all.

THT:

Low impact class that targets tummy, hips and thighs. The exercises are a mixture of body weight and dumb bells.30 minute class.

TRX:

Suspension Training using bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX class is 30 minutes in duration.

Aqua Aerobics

WATER WORKOUT:


A no impact cardio and strength class in water. The class is held in the 25-metre pool and is suitable for all fitness levels pre and post natal women and non-swimmers.

Aqua Mover:

More gentle paced than the Water-Workout class. Aqua-mover is tailored for our Pryme-Mover members and is a low impact, whole body cardio class.
