YMCA Challenge Fitness Camp

Not your traditional boot camp. The YMCA’s six-week, outdoor fitness program will help you become fitter, stronger and healthier in a results-focused, respectful environment.


Pryme Movers program for older adults

If you’re over 50, sharing programmed activities with others of a similar age will keep you active and motivated.
